Jobaround respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at Jobaround’s Web site.

Information Collection
Jobaround collects information through our Web site when users register for the service. We collect the following information about registered users: name and e-mail, and optionnally, detailed contact information such as address and phone number.

We collect this information through registration forms. The information is collected voluntarily. To use our service, basic contact information such as an e-mail is mandatory so users can communicate using the site's tools. Other information we request is optional.

We employ session cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Jobaround to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. Our cookies expire as soon as the browser is closed. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

Banner advertising appearing on our Web site may collect the following information: IP address, operatign system and type of browser used, as well as other technical pieces of information.

Information Usage
The information collected by Jobaround will be used for Jobaround's own purposes, such as sending user specific messages if and when necessary. User can also choose to sign up for Jobaround newsletters, as well as third-party e-mails. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Users who do sign up for these types of e-mails will receive newsletter announcements from Jobaround, and / or third-party announcement or promotional messages, respectively.

The information we collect may be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources (such as credit history to authorize purchases).

We may share data with the following third parties: promotional partners and / or specific advertisers. These third parties may use the information for promotional purposes only. Users may opt  out to have their information shared with third parties.

We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

Our web site posts user profiles and reviews. Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by e-mail.

Access to Information
Users may access their own personal information by going to their profile management screen and contact us about inaccuracies they may find via e-mail.  Users may delete their information from our database by accessing their profile and clicking on the delete button.

Problem Resolution
If problems arise, users may contact Jobaround by e-mail or post. We are committed to resolving disputes as quickly as possible.
